I I had the towing company take my car to another tire business where the tire was eventually replaced. When we arrived at the towing location, the business was closed, even though their website said they should open and I had 2 written confirmations. On Sunday I took off from work, hired a towing company to get my car to the service location, starting at about 9am. The day before I received a second confirmation confirming my Sunday appointment. I made an appointment on their website and received a written confirmation of that appointment. I checked their website and it indicated that they were open on Sundays. The real nightmare began when I made an appointment to have a flat tire replaced, scheduled for July 30, 2023. 5pm.I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was a simple tire replacement, but it has turned into never-ending aggravation. It was clear that they had no interest inproviding a positive customer experience. But thats exactly wehat they did, concictently. They seemed annoyed by me and appeared to be more interested in not having to make things right, and not portraying the business in a negative light, than helping customers. From the moment I contacted them, I was met with indifference and condescension from the staff. ![]() First and foremost, the customer service at this place is abysmal. Title: Avoid This Auto Repair Nightmare! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with NTB Tire and Auto Airpark in Gaithersburg, Md.and I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was. I will come back to them for my next tires. Their good deed to me is what customers hope for in every business. These men were professional, responsive, and represented NTB in the highest possible way. They said it was no problem to resolve, wished me good well, and I was off. They quickly removed the one remaining screw holding the cover plate and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. A quick check revealed a screw and support bracket had come off, leaving the cover panel hanging. The store was getting ready to close at 6 BUT James, Graham, Gene, and one more person whose name I can't remember, listened to my problem / concern and immediately pulled my car into the service bay. I got off the interstate and pulled into the NTB shop at 5:35 PM on Saturday of the Labor Day weekend. I started my appointment with a a phone call, then visited the store in person to set the appointment at which time I.The NTB store on Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia was excellent / superb! Traveling on the interstate, I hit something and it was dragging under the car. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at tire shops ever. My car has adjustable rear camber, but not front. I came in Tuesday for a mount/balance and alignment and purchased a 5 year alignment package, not cheap. I just moved to the CS area from Houston a few months ago and was hesitant to come to this NTB location due to all of the poor reviews I read, but I have to say my experience was nothing like. Left and still had front end problem and they never did oil change More ![]() Took in for front end problem and needing oil change. They got my issues resolved very quickly and with no issue this. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I went in for a front in alignment, and possibly some other front end issues.
